The Dancing Turtle Arts Festival is 6 festivals in 1 designed to draw people interested in many art forms and designed bring families together with something for everyone. If you would like to be a vendor at the festival, we have 10’ by 10’ spots and 10’ by 20’ spots for your booth. You can register below, but first …… our guidelines:
Vendors and any booth registrant may not sell the following items:
Used items
Items not hand made by the booth registrant
Anything that could qualify for entry in the Artist Booth Exhibits (see Artist Booth Exhibitor Zapplication page at Dancing Turtle Artist Booth Exhibitor )
Vendors and any booth registrant may not carry or display the following items:
Weapons of any type
Any material or images or actions not appropriate for family friendly events and audiences of any age
Vendors and booth registrants are responsible for overseeing the promotion and sale of their products or represent the topic or theme of their booth during festival hours.
Vendors must comply with local, state and federal laws, including sales tax laws. All proceeds earned from sales belong to the artists/vendors. By law, participants must collect and remit sales tax on work/items sold during Dancing Turtle. The sales tax rate in Stillwater, Oklahoma is 9.313%. Artists/vendors possessing an Oklahoma Sales Tax ID may remit on their own.
Vendors and all booth registrants must provide their own booth, which can be no larger than 10’ x 10’ or 10’ x 20’ depending on the size they register. Registrants must provide adequate weights to secure their booths to withstand Oklahoma’s severe windy conditions. Eighty pound weight per booth leg is recommended.
By registering for a booth at Dancing Turtle, you hereby agree to the following:
PUBLICITY WAIVER STATEMENT
I agree to allow images of my work and likeness to be used in event-related publicity.
LIABILITY RELEASE REQUIRED
As a condition of my participating in Dancing Turtle 2024, I agree to bear all risk and expense and to hold harmless and indemnify Dancing Turtle 2024 or any loss, theft, or damage to my artwork or other personal property, or injury to my person, regardless of cause.
RIGHT TO RESCHEDULE
In the event of a national pandemic, Dancing Turtle 2024 Committee has the right to cancel or reschedule the festival date. Artists will be notified via the email provided.
