Sponsorships and Donations
Dancing Turtle is a free and open to the public event.
The vast majority the funding is from sponsorships and donations.
Among the dozens of sponsorship opportunities available, we offer several “high profile” sponsorships.
For example, the “Big Top” sponsorship is $5,000 and the “one” sponsor will have large banners over each of the three main entrances with the “lone” company name and logo on each. The “Big Top” is an enormous 7,200 square feet tent that will be home to the main stage, audience tables and chairs, home to OSU, Meridian and numerous artist/vendor booths. It is the largest feature of Dancing Turtle 2024.
Another is “Turtle Central”, which will be a high visibility and high traffic tented area for the kick-off Native American song, drum and dance program plus home to all major announcements throughout the event. Sponsorship of the “Turtle Central” is $3,000 and the “sponsor” will have two large banners on each of the two visible openings of the tent.
Sponsorship availability is on a first come/first served basis.
Donations which are not focused sponsorships are also welcome and needed.
Donors will be recognized on a central “Donor banner” and in publications, but not on “venue banners”. Any donor or sponsor can elect to be anonymous.
Large sponsorships or donations also include tables and/or seats at the January 20, 2024 Preview and Fundraising Gala.

The Stillwater Community Center Foundation is a 501(c)(3) corporation and is collaborating with the City of Stillwater to produce Dancing Turtle 2024.
The Stillwater Community Center Foundation is incorporated in the State of Oklahoma.
